Leading The Way

Partnership & Growth

We are committed to fostering growth and development in the communities we serve. By supporting projects that create jobs and provide affordable housing, we help strengthen local economies. Our Community Matters teams — who live and work in these communities — are uniquely positioned to lead local initiatives. Their deep understanding of their community needs ensures we can make the greatest impact where it matters most.

Lead with understanding

Connecting people with the right resources empowers them to succeed. At Great Southern Bank, we're passionate about fostering opportunities that promote long-term economic growth and community development. That’s why we invest in projects that create jobs, build affordable housing, and expand access to education — because education is the foundation of any thriving community.

We’re committed to making the communities we serve better places to live, work, and grow because we live here, too. And when our communities succeed, everyone wins.

Bringing

Learning to Life

At Great Southern Bank, we believe leadership means understanding the people you serve and responding to their needs. That’s why we support innovative projects like the St. Louis County Library Foundation bookmobile program.

These libraries-on-wheels bring books and resources to people who might not otherwise have access to a library. With our funding, the bookmobiles were equipped with wheelchair lifts, removable seating, and improved lighting, making them more accessible for individuals with limited mobility. This program not only fosters a love of learning but also ensures that education reaches every corner of St. Louis County.
