Giving with Passion

Many of our efforts are driven by associate-led campaigns that make a big impact locally. Last year, Our Community Giving Day program — where associates donate to dress casually  — along with our annual United Way Campaign, raised $58,819 in donations. We're proud to use this funding to help our local communities grow and thrive.

Giving more than money

Strong partnerships and community support create meaningful change for our neighbors, our friends and our families. That’s why we do what we do. And it’s our associates who lead the way — last year giving $58,819 to causes they care about — amplified by more than $2 million in corporate donations across 12 states.

By investing in organizations and causes that make a difference, we help create a brighter, more connected future for the communities we call home.

Better Together

Giving back is more than what we do — it’s who we are. The holiday season often brings heightened challenges for families in need, and we’re proud to partner with organizations like The Free Store in Lebanon, MO, to help meet those challenges.

In response to a growing need, our Lebanon Banking Center proposed a "Battle of the Banks" food drive. This friendly competition united all the banks in town to collect food throughout November. Great Southern Bank led the effort, gathering 2,130 food items and contributing a $500 donation.

The drive not only provided essential supplies to The Free Store but also fostered a spirit of collaboration among local banks. Proving that a simple idea, fueled by community support, can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
