A Force For Change

Doing More Together

Our bankers are more than bankers. They're mentors, board members and advisors to our community. Annually, our associates give thousands of hours in volunteer work.

They're passionate about working together to make our communities better. We offer paid-time off and flexibility during the workday for associates to share their skills with local organizations.

Committed to Change

Action creates change. And our associates actively give their time and talents to support organizations they’re passionate about. From mentoring youth to supporting local shelters or lending a hand at community events, we’re making positive changes where it matters most and working together as a force for good.

Empowering Future Leaders

We believe in the power of community involvement to create meaningful change. One example of this commitment is our partnership with the I AM Foundation of Kansas City, an organization dedicated to helping students realize their potential.

Through this partnership, our associates volunteer to guide students in lessons on computer literacy, job readiness, and life skills. These sessions, which support 30-40 students at a time, help young people build the confidence and tools they need to create a brighter future.

By sharing their knowledge and time, our associates help open doors to new opportunities for students. Together, we’re strengthening our communities and shaping a brighter tomorrow.
